As a DIY enthusiast from Nagpur, we recognised the limitations of traditional hardware stores in catering to the needs of both DIY enthusiasts and professionals. He envisioned an e-commerce platform that could bridge this gap and make quality products accessible to customers in even the most remote towns and small cities. Despite facing initial challenges, including financial constraints and resistance to new ideas, we persevered and successfully pivoted to focus on e-commerce in 2019, laying the foundation for Homdum's success.
